1. General Provisions
TaFeng Global is an official member of the Liaoning Import & Export Chamber of Commerce. We specialize in the export of used construction machinery (rollers, cranes), agricultural equipment (balers), and industrial materials (coatings, valves).
2. Product Information & Condition
- Used Equipment: All used machinery is sold based on its current condition (“as-is”). We provide detailed photos and specifications. We highly recommend customers schedule a Live Video Inspection via WhatsApp or hire a third-party inspector (SGS/CCIC) before final shipment.
- Industrial Coatings: Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for our water-based paints are available upon request.
3. Quotations & Pricing
- All prices displayed or quoted are usually on FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and shipping costs. Official quotes are valid for 15 days.
4. Payment Terms
- We accept payments in USD and CNY (Cross-border Renminbi).
- Standard payment method: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Usually, a 30% deposit is required to lock the equipment, with the balance paid before shipment. For large orders, Letter of Credit (L/C) may be discussed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- TaFeng Global coordinates with professional logistics partners to ensure safe delivery to major ports in Africa and Southeast Asia.
- We are responsible for China customs clearance. Destination port taxes and local clearance are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Liability & Warranty
- TaFeng Global is not liable for damages caused by improper operation of machinery or incorrect application of industrial coatings by the buyer.
- For machinery, we provide support for sourcing original spare parts at factory prices for our clients.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the international trade laws of the People’s Republic of China and international commercial practices (Incoterms 2020).
