At TaFeng Global Machinery & Materials, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality used construction machinery and professional industrial coatings. Due to the nature of heavy equipment and chemical products, our policy is as follows:
1. Used Machinery (Excavators, Rollers, Cranes)
- Inspection Before Shipment: All machinery is sold on an “As-is, Work-ready” basis. We strongly encourage and support Video Call Live Inspections or Third-Party Inspections (such as SGS or CCIC) before the balance payment and shipment.
- Final Sale: Once the machinery has been loaded and shipped from the port of China, the sale is considered final. Due to high international freight costs, we do not accept returns or refunds for used machinery after export.
- Technical Support: We provide long-term technical guidance and assistance in sourcing spare parts to ensure your equipment continues to operate efficiently.
2. Industrial Paints and Coatings
- Quality Assurance: We guarantee that our water-based coatings meet the technical specifications provided in our product data-sheets.
- Returns: Returns are only accepted if the product is found to be defective upon arrival and the containers are unopened and original-sealed.
- Non-Returnable: Products that have been opened, partially used, or damaged due to improper storage (e.g., exposure to extreme temperatures) cannot be returned.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before the shipment is processed. However, any costs incurred for specific customization or pre-shipment maintenance will be deducted from the refund.
4. Shipping Damages
- If products are damaged during transit, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately. We will assist in filing claims with the insurance or shipping company.
